If you are not satisfied with the hotel or car rental, you must first inform the hotel / car rental company directly so that they have the possibility to correct the problems. When the problem has not been solved directly on the spot at the hotel / car rental company, or by using the phone number provided in the confirmation document, you can certainly send your comments using the contact form. We will not be able to forward your complaint to the service provider unless you have tried to correct the problem on the spot. Claims must always be made in writing when reimbursing additional costs. The original receipts must always accompany the complaint. The complaints form can be found in the travel conditions.
